惨， 我们组除了组长过关， 其他人全被“枪毙”了。我想， 组长被选中， 应该是由于他表现出来的积极和踊跃。而相比之下， 我就没有同样强势地坚持自己的观点。（Key Words）我之所以觉得这件事情是我最大的失败， 并不是因为结果的失败， 而是因为自己心态上的一种失败。我在心态上， 没有完全投入到解决问题的实战中， 而是过分注重个人留给面试官的印象， 总是提醒自己不能太aggressive呀， 据说面试官最讨厌太aggressive的“出头鸟”呀！这样的心态导致我不能强势地坚持自己的观点， 最终导致失败。从这个失败， 我明白了一个道理， 无论做什么事情都要有“公心”， 也就是要想方设法为集体解决问题， 为了集体的利益即使失去了个人的风度也在所不惜。而如果“私心”太重， 反而会影响自己的表现。（点评： 后面的这段总结似乎偏长， 但在实际面试中， 也只需要一分钟就可以阐述完毕， 而且很可能是在面试官引导之下逐步完成的。）
第十节 以“WhatS。T。A。R。Key Words陈述法”（5）
点评1： 这个回答的精彩之处在于申请人的自我升华， 他从一次普通的失败之中， 领悟出一个做事的准则： 有公心， 无私心， 自然会解决事情并赢得别人的尊重。这是职场人士所欣赏的黄金素质。
回答示范2： （What） 我来面试之前想过很多次这个问题， 但是一直没有找出特别合适的例子。您从我的简历中可以看到， 我几乎一直是一帆风顺的， 名牌大学， 名牌专业， 在班级里担任班长。在大学我也的确有过一些挫折， 但我都觉得是很正常的， 比如没有拿到一等奖学金， 某次活动组织的效果不太好等等， 我觉得谈不不上是特别大的失败。所以， 我想跟您分享一个可能让您觉得很“另类”的失败。我觉得， 我最失败的地方在于， 在过去这么多年以来， 我没有真正走出自己的路， 我所走过的道路， 几乎都是被设计好的。（Situation） 您知道， 我们潮汕人， 相对而言我的家人比较重男轻女， 而我是整个大家族里的长子长孙， 从小就备受关注， 什么事情都被安排好了。（Actions） 我考大学时自己想到北方去锻炼一下， 但是最终还是顺从家里的意愿到了广外。在学校里面， 我非常希望像其他同学一样多做一些家教， 多参加一些兼职， 锻炼一下自己的生存能力， 但是， 我又受到了学校老师的“设计”： 我在三年多的时间里， 参加了二十几场英文比赛和辩论赛。参加比赛的确给了我很大的锻炼， 但是， 从另一个角度来看， 我觉得自己有点像“伤仲永”里头的那个小仲永， 一直被弄到各种场合去表演自己的某一种才能。（Result） 所以， 您今天看到的我的简历就是这样， 有无数的荣誉， 大家都觉得很厉害， 但是我心里却有很多遗憾， 我觉得自己应该更多地接触社会。（Key Words）不知道您是否会觉得这是失败， 我自己认为是。不过， 我很高兴在求职的过程中， 我坚持了自我， 老师让我考研， 我回绝了。家里让我考公务员， 我已决定不去考。
点评2： 这是一个非常另类的回答， 但是无疑会令面试官印象非常深刻， 而且一定会颇为赞叹： “在取得傲人的成就的同时， 懂得反省自己的不足， 难能可贵。”
回答示范3： （What） 最失败的一件事情， 是我去年设计的一个玩具塑料外壳报废了10万个， 造成了3万多块钱的损失。（Situation） 我刚设计出来这个外壳的时候大家都特别激动， 因为这种新的设计方法能够省料20％多， 而且更好看， 一年下来能省十几万块钱。（Actions）当时我们正好接到一个订单， 老板决定马上用这种新外壳。我作为设计者， 应该阻止老板这么急地把一个还不成熟的设计用到大量生产中去， 但是我抱着侥幸心理没有阻止。（Result）结果很糟糕， 我们第一批料出来的产品有一半出现了问题， 两片外壳合不拢。后来我又调整了卡口的设计才解决问题。（Key Words） 这是我迄今为止最大的失败， 以后我就谨慎多了。
点评3： 在通向成功的道路上， 你经历了一些在所难免的失败。请把这样“成功前的失败”分享给面试官吧， 让他既了解你失败的经历， 也看到你追求成功的素质。
二、 英文行为面试访谈问题举例
英文的行为面试访谈问题， 每个题目往往都包含着一个主要的考查意图， 比如说， 有的题目考查的是创新能力， 有的题目考查的是团队精神， 而有的则考查的是领导能力。这些考查意图会非常明显地在题目本身的Key Words当中表现出来。所以， 在回答这种问题的时候， 你的描述应该侧重于“WhatS。T。A。R。Key Words描述法”中的Key Words。
以下这些题目选自宝洁八大题， 但是它们实际上具有非常普遍的代表性， 基本包含了外企公司所要考核的全部内容。如果读者感兴趣的是一家比较著名的外企公司， 或者是一家相当不错的国内公司， 请务必仔细准备下面这八大题目。
第十节 以“WhatS。T。A。R。Key Words陈述法”（6）
1。 Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through pletion。 描述一个例子， 证明你给自己确立了一个很高的目标， 然后完成了这个目标。
问题分析： 考查意图： 制订高目标的勇气 ＋ 完成高目标的执行力。关键词： demanding goal ＋ saw it through。 所以， 在描述的时候要着重描述这个任务为什么这么demanding， 有些什么具体的困难， 你是怎么样一步一步去克服的。
回答示范：
（1） （What）Designed a show to celebrate the Anniversary of Tianjin University； and won 3rd Prize out of 18 teams。
（2） （Situation & Key Word： demanding） On the anniversary night； there was a huge celebration party； where songs； dances and dramas were played。 Each school should design five shows； and our class volunteered to design one。 It was a demanding goal as it was very close to the end of the term when most students were busy preparing for final exams。
（3）（Task） As a sophomore student I was in charge of my class performance； which was a drama。 I had to deal with the pressure from study； my classmates' disinterest in acting； and my role as the king in the drama。
（4） （Actions， Key Words： how I saw it through）
First； as there were only 20 students in my class； I distributed at least one task to each student； either a role； or making tools or costumes。
Second； since at the end of the term each member was busy with study； the rehearsal schedule should be reasonable and periodic。 All team members cooperated well because of the low frequency and short duration of each rehearsal。
Third； music and scenery were added into rehearsal in order to get close to the circumstances of the party。
In addition； I emphasized the value of time and ordered every actor to respect other partners。
（5） （Result） In the end； our performance was very successful。 Not only did I act the 〃king〃 wonderfully； but also got good marks on the final exam。
2。 Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others to plete an important task； and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted。 描述一个例子， 你团结了一群人共同努力， 并为取得成功起到了带头作用。
问题分析： 考查意图： 领导才能， 关键词： took the initiative； get others to plete； leading role。 所以， 你在描述的时候要重点描述自己吸引他人参与、 团结并鼓励他人、 借助他人力量、 带领他人这个过程。
回答示范：
（1） （What） I anized a group to sing English choir on Choir Eve； visited all the dormitories in our university and sent Christmas gifts on behalf of our English Association。
（2） （Task） To broaden the students' understanding of Western culture。
（3） （Key words） took the initiative & leading role
i。 Suggested the idea to the Chairman of our English Association and got his approval。
ii。 Asked each member of our association to offer at least three suggestions on each of the questions below：
